If you want to kick your physical fitness up a notch, one thing that you can do is to follow the Mark Wahlberg workout routine on a regular basis for several months. Whenever you do so, you will not only be getting the exercise that will help you to grow large muscles, you will also be eating a diet that will keep your body fat percentage low. After doing this for a short period of time, you will no doubt see results that will stick with you for the long term.
